Eventually, there will be 3 apartment buildings on our former property. The rst building is expected to open on Memorial Day weekend. All Zor Shriners are invited to their grand opening event on Saturday, June 8. Food, beverages, and entertainment will be provided. Mark your calendars for June 8.• In an increasingly digital world, fraudsters are becoming more creative in attempting to steal sensitive information. In future Zephyrs, we will explore several ways that scammers will try to access your personal information and ways you can prevent it. Here’s number one! Zor Shriners will never ask for personal information over an unsolicited phone call, text, email, or online chat. Never share your credit card information, PIN, username/password, or one-time password.• Anyone using their personal vehicle to transport patients to a hospital does not have insurance coverage through Zor.• For those interested in seeing what the buyers of our Zor property are about ready to open, go to: https://revelryliving.com/ and be sure to take the tour. This is an impressive development and one we can be proud to be part of.• Mascoutin Shrine Club has gone inactive.ZOR SHRINERS HOLDS SPECIAL STATED MEETINGZor Shriners will be holding a Special Stated Meeting on May 14th at 2:30 PM at the Mehara Shrine Club, 2625 W Folsom St, Eau Claire, WI. Page 7May 2024 • Zor Zephyr MagazineOhana is a Hawaiian word that refers to a per-son’s extended family, which can include friends and other social groups they may be a part of.Brian and I have had several “Ohana” moments during our time in Shriners. This past weekend was quite impactful for us both and was a gentle reminder of just how strong of a bond we all share. It is so incredible to me that we can travel any-where and have the condence that we are sur-rounded by good humans. From Wisconsin to Fargo to Omaha along with so many other cit-ies, states, and countries in between.OHANA BY LADY LINDA DUNHAMRecently, we traveled to Fargo to move my mother into an assisted living facility. A difcult and emotional time for all of us, especially my mom. 88 years old and entering into a new rou-tine and environment can be exhausting. Brian and I dedicated our time in Fargo to showering her with love, pampering her, and making new memories. Before and during our visit, I reached out to a very special Shrine Lady to gather information on all the best restaurants, places to see, and moving company referrals. She has lived and worked in that area for many years and was an irreplaceable resource for us.Thank you, Mandii! After leaving Fargo, we ventured to Omaha to honor Brian’s grandma at her memorial service. Tang-ier Shrine was part of our planned stops, as that is the place Shrine began for Brian, some 40 years ago. Grandpa Charlie was also a Shriner in Omaha. Brian recalls numerous visits to the club with his Grandpa Charlie; playing pull tabs, and socializing with the wonderful men who devoted time to Tangier. After the memorial service, Brian, his Father, and Brother stopped into the club to drop off Grandpa Charlie’s fez. He fondly remembers that building and the people. The memories were abundant. We truly are one big Family. As part of the Shrine, we share something beyond our fundraisers and meetings. Far beyond the luncheons and parades. We share a Love for Children and a deep desire to do more in this world.I just wanted to share HOW grateful we are to be a part of something so AMAZING.Thank you all for being our “Ohana” and for showing up at the most perfect times.

Page 8 Zor Zephyr Magazine • www.zorshriners.comMidwest ShrineAssociation 2024Zor Shriners are now on the clock to present a GREAT “MSA 2024 Summer Session” August 7th – 10th once again in La Crosse and the surrounding area. By the time you read this message it will be less than 5 months. It is our time to show the rest of MSA what GREAT Hosts we are! There will be a multitude of activities for all Nobles, Ladies, and families to enjoy. General planning for the event has been going on for the past four years and now it’s ‘crunch’ time with nal touches and details being worked out. Activities have been described in previous issues of the Zephyr. A Zor member and/or his Lady will be lead-ing each of these activities. Zor needs your HELP!!! These team leaders need volunteers. We will need greeters at several hotels to welcome our guests and provide directions, attendant at registration, greeters at the different events to take admissions, attendants at the Oasis to provide assistance, parade set-up work-ers and intersection attendants, and yet to be determined workers for unknown. See Zor’s MSA website https://zorshriners.com/msa-2024 Click on a link to see who the leader of that activity is and contact them to volunteer or https://forms.gle/iCoVLxUvtopc5def6 or contact Zor Nobles Joe Harker, Monte Steiber, or Todd Wohlert. We will also be reaching out to La Crosse area Lodges to request assistance from them.On the Zor Website, under the heading of ‘MSA 2024’ there is an initial schedule of events, listing the events and activities being planned. Look at this and see if there is an event or activity that interests you and which you would be willing to help. A lot of help is going to be needed to successfully host this event so please let us know of your willingness to help by contacting any of those named above or Joe at jbh2010PGM@outlook.comThank you,Gary Cuskey, PP Joe Harker, PGMMSA President MSA 2024 Director GeneralSave the DateZOR Shriners and Midwest Shrine Assoc. Ofcers presented an outstanding MSA 2024 Winter Session in La Crosse on March 1st & 2nd. More than 250 nobles were in attendance to hear the many reports and information semi-nars that were presented. Early in the session, Zor’s Past Potentate Gary J. Cuskey was elected Midwest Shrine Assoc. (MSA) President. Since Zor is sponsoring the MSA this year, we will be making a Zor Zephyr Ofcial Activities Guide for the Midwest Shrine Association Summer Session to give away to all out guests. This will be the same size and quality as our Zor Zephyr and approx. 16 – 20 pages. We are looking for your support. For a donation, your Club or Unit will be listed in the magazine as a MSA supporter. If you would like to put an Ad in the magazine, please contact Wally Trouten, PP at 608-642-0276, and he will be able to assist you. Thanks for your support!ATTENTION ALL CLUBS AND UNITS

Page 9May 2024 • Zor Zephyr MagazineMidwest Shrine Association (MSA)ZOR MEMBER ATTENDANCEThis year a new online MSA registration system is being utilized. What that means is that each attending member must register online and then work through his unit leadership to obtain a hotel room reservation. Historically, Zor has refunded to the participating unit, half of the unit member’s registration fee and a mile-age allowance based upon the unit’s home base. Again this was historically done following the session. This year we will be making this registration adjustment at the time the member registers. This will be done by placing a “Coupon Code” in the appropriate eld near the end of the registration process. To register go to: https://zorshriners.com/msa-2024 Coupon Code: ZORNOBLE24Zor Shriners, for many years, has underwritten some of each unit member’s expenses to attend and participate in the Midwest Shrine Association‘s Summer Session. The way these expenses were credited to the mem-bers was through a hotel room cost adjustment before the session and a refund to the member’s unit following the session for those members who attended and participated. She brings so much energy, enthusiasm, and brilliance, that she leaves very large shoes to ll. Having her to lean on and help guide me through this year is a comfort for my huge case of nerves. My twin sister Jamie and I have known Zor our whole lives, with our granddad, Harold Muenich, playing in the Eau Claire Drum Corps for as long as we can remember and our dad joining the Funsters when we were in junior high. Our grandma Muenich was always making some sort of craft for a Shrine bazaar. She would be blown away by the activities that now help raise money, NASCAR races, golf outings, and a oat in the Rose Parade! With this Shrine’s history, the mission of supporting Shriners Children’s has always been an awareness. When I joined Daughters of the Nile 10 years ago, my level of understanding of what the Shrine support means to hospitals grew and was followed by a desire to be more active in fundraising for our amazing philanthropy. As I take the lead of Antioch, I’m excited to partner with Ill. Sir Roger and 1st Lady Tammy on as many adventures as I can. I also hope to grow Daughter of the Nile to further our contributions and the awareness of our hospitals.Happy spring and I hope to see many of you at Shrine events over the next year.Queen Jenn (Schaefer) Vernig1st Lady Tammy Keller, Queen Jen (Schaefer) Vernig, and Ill. Sir Roger Keller, PotentateI’m also very lucky and a bit unique in that I have a “Queen Mum”. My mother, Past Queen Beth Schaefer, has been a member of Daughters of the Nile for a long time and served as Queen twice. Her support and knowledge will be key for me.Greetings Zor-Land.

Page 14 Zor Zephyr Magazine • www.zorshriners.comWAUSAUKEN POTENTATE PARTYOn April 13th, the Zor Shriner’s gathered for another eventful and exciting weekend. The Zor Potentate Party got underway at the Wausau Elks Lodge. It all started Friday night at the “Great Dane” Restaurant. They must have known we were there before because they put all of us in the backroom. Maybe we were a little too loud on our past visits. All in all, we were there for a good time. The laughter and smiles lled each and everyone’s hearts. The jokes and stories that lled the room that evening was “PRICELESS”. It is amazing the LOVE we all have for each other! As we sat around and talked and had a wonderful dinner, a voice came over the crowd. “Can I have your attention”! Noble Brian Dunham, brought to our attention that someone had climbed to the top ranking of the NCAA Brackets (March Madness). The room got very still and quiet. Brian said that this person was coming from the bottom of the pile, and at the last stretch of the run. Ran the numbers to rise to the top of the leadership board at a very short and fast pace. Who could it be?! Larry Hanson’s name was called. The crowd went wild (maybe a little). Larry was asked to come up to the front of the crowd. Noble Dunham was making a few remarks about the points spread, when Larry arrived to the front. After a few words from Brian, Larry was presented with a wonderful trophy for his award. The crowd clapped and went wild. Ok, maybe not that wild. Larry was very happy and proud to get his trophy. Ill. Sir Roger Keller, Potentate took the stand. Roger said a few words and asked Mike Kasten to come up to the front. Roger talked for a little and then pulled out a bag. Noble Kasten was to reach in a pull out whatever that was in it. The suspense was eating at us all. Mike reached into the bag and pulled out a BRIGHT PINK handbag. It was a traveling bag. Noble Kasten was to always carry this bag with him. He was to get as many signatures as possible from people that he talks to. He must also get as many things as possible in his bag that can t. With all said, everything that is put in the bag MUST stay in the bag and always carried with him. Mike started getting signatures right away. Not sure if he had anything put in the bag. The night continued with food, drinks, and friendship. Not sure how long the evening lasted. All seemed to have a GREAT time! As the evening went on, a few of us called it a night and retreated to the hotels that we were at. Saturday morning came fast for some of us a little too early. A beautiful morning was coming our way. At 9:45am the Divan started their meeting. Karl Gant gave a nice prayer to start the days meeting off. Separate lunches were set for the ladies and men to enjoy. The afternoon activities started at 1:40pm. By: Noble Brad Andrews

Page 15May 2024 • Zor Zephyr MagazineWAUSAUKEN POTENTATE PARTYWe all celebrated 4 new members into the Family of Shrinedom! Nobles Raymond Brown, Jacob Strangfeld, Chris Williams and Tony Fondell. Welcome to the FAMILY! A few speeches were made, and other announcements were made. Joe Harker had ties from 2020 Past Imperial Potentate Jim Smith, he was selling for $10.00. A report on deaths for 2023 and present was made. Treasurer’s report, and many activities coming up was discussed. Larry Hanson talked about a Gun Rafe. Twin Cities had a report too. Over 38,000,000 miles have been driven between the Twin Cities and Chicago. Recorder Bob Gorsuch, PP, gave a report on the sale of the old Shrine building. Noble Joe Harker, PGM brought to the oor new business, Midwest MSA, updates and making it better for the up-and-coming year. New and more exciting things for all. We have 15 temples in the MSA. Zor is sponsoring this up and coming one in August. We need to show our STRENGTH and all be on board for this one! For a little fun, Ill. Sir Steve Peterson, PP, and Noble Kevin Sorenson had Ill. Sir Rodney LaBlanc, PP come to front. I’m not sure if he knew what was going on, but he was Crowned with a feather headdress and given the name ‘Chief Rebel’. Ill. Sir Al Brueggen, PP, was also called up front and crowned with a feather headdress. He was branded ‘Chief Little Man’! This was done by the Wausauken Shriners. After all the fun we had during the day, dinner was ready to be served. Kevin Sorenson welcomed everyone in the room. Karl Gant gave the prayer. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all. Fred Beyer PP of Beja Shrine was our dinner entertainment. He did a great job playing the electric piano. Table by table we all went up to enjoy a wonderful meal. Matt and Jasmine came up front and did a gender reveal! It is a GIRL!! We had a wonderful time being entertained by Ruth-Evelyn and Lyndzi, both patients of the Twin Cities. They did a fabulous job! Thank you ladies! There were heartfelt stories by our Patient Ambassador Gioia. She can deadlift 215 pounds and plays volleyball. Craig McGhee, the Market Administrator from Shriners Childrens Chicago, was next to our speaker podium. We all enjoy hearing how all our volunteering helps the patients. As time went on, Potentate Roger Keller and 1st Lady Tammy were called to the front of the room, and each received a gift from Ill. Sir Steve Peterson and Lady Mary Ellen. Door prizes, one of the last events of the night, was held, and everyone was looking forward to it. Ill. Sir Roger got teased about how he was going to have to eat a carrot sooner than he thinks. If you are wondering, ask Lady Tammy what that is all about and how you can help her get Ill. Sir Roger to eat a carrot. After our gathering some people returned to the hotel to enjoy the hospitality room. Others retired to their rooms early after a long enjoyable day. Safe travels, until we meet again.

He became a patient in 2018 when his physician, Sue Mukherjee, M.D., moved to Shriners Children’s pediatric rehabilitation.“Right after the first appointment, I knew we were in good hands. Everyone at Shriners Children’s really listens to you. You are not in a rush and you feel heard and cared for,” said his mom, Lisa. The 14 year old’s type of cerebral palsy limits his ability to move his arms and legs like a typical kid. But this does not stop Luke from his true passion, which is sports. He is on the cross-country, baseball, and soccer teams at school. He also manages a travel sports team.He has received therapy at the hospital, and braces from the in-house pediatric orthotic and prosthetic team, to help him live as independently as possible and enjoy golfing.Despite some difficulties, such as not being able to write on his own, Lucas is the embodiment of putting his mind to something and achieving his goals. The family recently said they learned Shriners is in his roots. CROIX VALLEY ST PATRICK’S DAY PARTYBy Noble Merl Steffen Club members and their ladies met at Junior’s Restaurant and Tap House in River Falls on March 15th for a Saint Patrick’s Day party. Those in attendance enjoyed a delicious family-style meal. Before our meeting, Roger Keller led a Cold Sands ceremony for our newest Zor Shriner, Noble Mike Bro. Hitting the ground running, Mike later volunteered to be the onion sales contact for the Clear Lake area, thanks, Mike. Tyler Behr hosted the Saint Croix Valley Shrine Club meeting which included a presentation from Audrey Haugen, Certied Child Life Specialist (CCLS) from Shriners Children’s Twin Cities (Wood-bury) Shriner Clinic. Audrey informed the group of the need to provide treatment based on a holistic health perspective. She explained that patient ex-periences (procedures, exams, diagnosis, etc.) may cause unintended stress and trauma to the patient or their family. Alleviating these stressors can al-low patients to recover both mind and body faster. It was a great evening for brotherhood with the nobles and their wives and to learn more about wonderful things occurring through Shriner care.Audrey Haugen, MS, CCLS, CPSTfrom Shriners Children’s Twin CitiesFront row L – R; Tyler Behr, Tom White, Mike Bro, Chad Fonseca, and Illustrious Sir Roger KellerBack row L – R; Mark Mayry, Warren Lynch, Merl Steffen, Ed Swenson, Bob Hering,Jim Wolfe, Jack Thomas, and Larry Nelson

May 2024 • Zor Zephyr Magazine Page 19By Gioia Schutte Hello Shriners!! I have been keeping active and busy since it is the end of one sports season and the beginning of another. I was also present at the Shriners Ladies luncheon and Potentate dinner on April 13. As I mentioned in my last letter, I went to a sitting volleyball camp, a weight-lifting competition, Sioux Falls for a volleyball tournament, and South Dako-ta for spring break. The weightlifting competition was amazing! If any of you heard at the Potentate dinner, I maxed out on squat with a grand total of 215lbs! My overall weight was 395lbs and I placed 4th overall. The sitting volleyball camp was denitely different and unique, but it wasn’t my thing, even though meeting other people was awesome! Our layover ight ended up getting delayed on the way home because of how hard the snow was coming down. My mom and I got home at 3:00 am and I basically woke up a few hours later, did my laundry, packed, and left for my spring break trip. My family and I went on a very long road trip. We rst drove to my grandparents to stay the night there since they are closer to the South Dakota border to wait out the worst of the night snowstorms. The next day we drove to Deadwood, which was a ten-hour drive. We stayed there for a few nights and visited Devils Tower, did a few little hikes, and visited the small-town part of Deadwood while we were there. We then drove to visit Mount Rushmore and stayed at a hotel near there. On our way home, we stopped at this place called Wall Drug Store. It was a place where you could sit down, and eat lunch, and had lots of souvenir stores! After that, we drove to my Grandparent’s house to spend Easter with them, cousins, aunts, and uncles.I had school off on Easter Monday, so my rst week back at school, we had four complete days of school. Spring break was a great break from school, but it was so hard to go back and get homework. It was really nice to see my friends and boyfriend again after not seeing them for a long time since I had to skip a day of school for my sitting volleyball camp. Saturday after spring break, I had to go back to Sioux Falls for a volleyball tournament. The tournament was a fun time, I played the best I have all season! I had fun with my club team, they are denitely a great team to travel around and play with, even if we don’t do well. The tournament lasted until late on Sunday, so I didn’t get home till around 9:00 pm. My bestie and I even ended up stopping at the same gas station and saw each other, which was pretty funny. I had a busy rst week back at school, we had our rst track meet on April 9th, and we have more upcoming. Not only is April busy for sports, but it is also my birthday month! I hope to get together with some people and have fun with them since we haven’t had much time to hang out with sports and school being so busy. That’s all for this month, I’ll be back in June for more updates!ZOR PATIENT AMBASSADORHere is a very cute candid shoot of Elaine Randall, daughter of Noble Nathan Randall, proving that Zor Zephyr readers come in all ages and sizes.CUTEST LITTLE READER

(U.S.D.)FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIESStrict attention must be given to all fundraising activities, including but not limited to circuses, gaming, bingo and rafes, to make certain that such activities are authorized and comply with the law of the land. In addition, because it is natural to associate the fez with Shriners Hospitals for Children it is essential that a contributor is not led to believe that his money will be used for the Hospitals when all or a portion thereof will be used otherwise. Advertising for all fundraisers must clearly indicate the entity for whom the funds are being raised. The integrity of our charity and of our fraternity must remain above reproach. Your specic attention is called to the following fraternal and charitable bylaws:§335.3 Use of Name “Shriners Hospitals For Children.” The use of the name “’Shriners Hospitals for Children’’ or reference to the Hospitals in connection with any fundraising activity by a temple or Noble without the written consent of the Imperial Poten-tate and the chairman of the board of trustees of the Hospitals is prohibited.§503.11 Commercial Use of Name. The use of the name “Shriners Hospitals for Children’’ or reference to the hospitals in con-nection with any commercial product or business enterprise is prohibited unless the written consent of the boards of directors and trustees has been rst obtained. Now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. If the Potentate is in doubt, he must receive the opinion of the Imperial Potentate who, after consultation with the Director of Temple Accounting, shall make the nal determination. No charitable fundraising activity shall be held in the jurisdiction of another temple without the written permission of the Potentate of that temple. (i) A joint charitable fundraising activity with another 501 (c)(3) charity maybe authorized, provided that a minimum of 50% of the net proceeds are for the benet of Shriners Hospitals for Children, and the chairmen of the boards of di-rectors and trustees determine. on a case by case basis. that it is in the best interest of Shriners Hospitals for Children and they grant their written permission for the activity. (ii) A charitable fundraising activity conducted by a temple located outside of the U.S.A. may be authorized for other charities, provided that the chairmen of the boards of directors and trustees determine. on a case by case basis, that it is in the best interest of Shriners Hospitals for Children and they grant their written permission for the activity. The remaining net proceeds from charitable fundraising must be given to Shriners Hospitals for Children and may not be designated or restricted in any way other than for research at one or alI of our hospitals. (d) The temple shall report the result of each charitable fund raising activity within sixty days of the activity, pursuant to the Charitable Fundraising-Approval And Reporting provisions of any General Order. Examples: ‘’Proceeds are for the benet of ( Shriners) ( Shrine club) activities.” ‘’Proceeds are for the benet of Shriners Hospitals for Children,” (b) Every fundraising activity which is not entirely for the benet of Shriners Hospitals for Children shall prominently state on all solicitation material, including tickets, programs, documents and electronically transmitted material, that “pay-ments are not deductible as charitable contributions.’’ (c) There must be compliance with the Revenue Act of 1987 provision of any general order by U.S. temples. 4. Shriners International Education Foundation: Notwithstanding the previous provisions of FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES stated above. Nobles may contribute. encourage other Nobles to contribute and engage in charitable fundraising activities di-rectly to Nobles and their families for the benet of the Shriners International Education Foundation.SPECIAL PURPOSE FUNDSIn as much as Shriners Hospitals for Children are the primary charitable concern of the Order. it is necessary that Shriners Inter-national exert every effort to ensure that Shriners Hospitals for Children are nancially stable and have adequate funding for op-erational needs. The reports of the Special Purpose Funds Committee have indicated to the Imperial Potentate and the board of directors that some temples. either directly or through Special Purpose Funds, have accumulated charitable funds and assets that are in excess of amounts reasonably needed for transportation of patients and could be better utilized for our orthopaedic and burns hospitals if they were administered together with other endowment funds and accounts of Shriners Hospitals for Children. Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority in me vested by §206.5(a)(4) of the bylaws of Shriners International, IT IS HEREBY OR-DERED: 1. Sole Charity. Neither the temples and their Shrine clubs. their units, nor their membership shall solicit charitable gifts or bequests for any purpose, organizations, or charities other than Shriners Hospitals for Children. except as may be allowed by §335.4(b) of the bylaws of Shriners lnternational and the provisions of paragraphs 2(a)(I) and 9 of FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES herein. 2. Restricted Fund. A temple shall maintain a separate bank account or accounts.

Potentate Rodney has asked that the “Knickerbocker Degree” be presented. This is something new to Zorland! The play is very short and will be presented just before the tradional Shrine Ritual on Saturday May 14th in Mauston. There are seven (7) speaking parts as well as some extras. NO part is very long and we can have some fun with this degree. Paents may need to wear a back brace as part of their recovery, which will be custom-made for them in our orthocs department. In rare situaons, if a vertebra is severely out of alignment or if a child remains in pain aer other forms of treatment, spinal fusion surgery may be needed from one of our skilled, experienced physicians.RehabilitaonOur team of physical and occupaonal therapists are highly trained in addressing a multude of dierent diagnoses. With regard to non-operave and post-operave management of injuries, we are able to tailor our treatment strategies to the paent and their needs–whether it be using crutches to get around at school or progressing back to playing a high-level sport. We use the most current evidenced-based pracce when ulizing modalies and strengthening techniques following injury or surgery and work closely with the medical providers to make sure the paent is making progress and meeng their goals as expected.Specializing in treang pediatrics also gives us a clear lens of how treang a young athlete diers from treang a high school athlete and the importance of using high-level training when appropriate. Our therapists have addional experience treang athletes who may use a wheelchair to play basketball, a sled to play hockey or a prosthesis to go snowboarding. It is crucial to consider all aspects of an athlete’s life and not just their performance on the court or the ice, but how their rehab will aect their ability to engage in their everyday acviesIn conclusionUnfortunately, it is impossible to eradicate all risks our Minnesota winters or winter sports pose. However, ensuring proper protecon during sports is one way to reduce the risk of injury to athletes. Wearing a helmet to ski or snowboard or full pads to play a hockey game is important to provide the maximum protecon to our athletes. Wearing good winter are and using a broad-based stance to walk on the ice and snow can help to reduce the risks of falls when out and about on slippery sidewalks and driveways.Shriners Children’s is one of the world’s greatest philanthropies and has evolved into an internaonal health care system for children, able to treat many health care issues including orthopedic condions, spinal cord injuries, burns and cle lip and palate. All children receive care regardless of the families’ ability to pay. Our centers vary regionally in terms of the range of condions they treat.Shriners Children’s Twin Cies is a specialty clinic focused on the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric orthopedic impairments and injuries. Inially we served a six-state region providing care for some of the most dicult congenital deformity cases, such as children born with their feet facing the wrong way. Some of our paents required over a dozen major surgeries before they were 18. As me went on, we have expanded the range of services we oer to include common injuries. We recently relocated to a new facility in Woodbury where, under one roof, we have a skilled and knowledgeable medical team consisng of orthopedic surgeons and physician assistants, physical and occupaonal therapists, prosthec and orthoc providers, radiology technicians, child life specialists and licensed social workers. This collaborave approach allows us to treat a wide spectrum of paents with diagnoses ranging from cerebral palsy to ankle sprains.
